Delivery Acceptance & Claims
- Partners must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
- Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with supporting documentation.
- Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Risk & Responsibility
- Risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
- We does not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers once goods are handed over.
