  • Orders are processed after official order confirmation and payment clearance, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Processing timelines depend on:

    • Order volume

    • Product availability

    • Packaging or labeling requirements

Estimated processing time will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

Shipping Coverage


We ships to:

  • Sri Lanka (islandwide)

  • International destinations for approved partners

International shipping arrangements are coordinated based on destination, volume, and partner requirements.

Shipping Methods


Shipping methods are selected to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness:

  • Domestic Deliveries:

The final shipping method is determined in consultation with the partner.

Shipping Charges


Shipping charges are quoted separately unless included in the agreed pricing model.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges are the responsibility of the purchasing partner, unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

Delivery Timelines


Delivery timelines vary by location and shipping method:

  • Local deliveries: Typically 2–7 business days after dispatch

  • International deliveries: Typically 7–45 business days after dispatch

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or logistics delays.

Delivery Acceptance & Claims


  • Partners must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
  • Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with supporting documentation.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Risk & Responsibility


  • Risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
  • We does not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers once goods are handed over.
